Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US, sign up at engineersfieldbook.co to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Processing time

Once books are in stock, orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking information as soon as it ships.

Pre-orders

If you order before the first print run arrives, it is a pre-order. The first books have not arrived yet. Pre-orders ship in the order received, as soon as the run is delivered to us. We will email you a confirmed ship date once we have it, and again if that date changes. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Shipping method and delivery time

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after your order ships, depending on your location. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — USPS occasionally runs behind, especially around holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order within the US.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive the tracking number by email as soon as your label is created — you can also find it anytime in your order confirmation email.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us at support@engineersfieldbook.co and we'll help track it down. If USPS confirms a package is lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to the address provided on the order. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to confirm the correct address before reshipping; a reshipping fee may apply if the error was in the address you provided.

Damaged in transit

If your Field Book arrives damaged, contact us at support@engineersfieldbook.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
