The Engineer's Field Book Pro Annual + Paper is the complete documentation system for engineers who use the Field Book as their primary record of decisions, meetings, and field work. It combines the physical notebook with a full year of Pro-tier access to the companion application, and includes automatic annual notebook replacement — so the paper record and the digital archive renew together without a gap.

This is the flagship configuration of the Engineer's Field Book system.

One Engineer's Field Book (Physical Notebook)

The same notebook as the standalone product. Key specifications:

• Paper: Stone paper (CaCO3/HDPE composite) — waterproof, tear-resistant, zero ink absorption. Accepts ballpoint, gel, and technical pen ink in any weather condition.
• Binding: Smyth-sewn PUR — lays flat at any page without manual pressure. Does not crack under repeated use.
• Interior: Five-zone system — Calendar, Register (Decision Log), Meetings, Daily Notes / Open Grid, Reference.
• Decision Record System: The Register section uses a structured Decision Record format. Each entry captures the decision, options evaluated, rationale, and reversibility classification. This format is not available in any competing notebook product.
• Page structure: Sequential pre-printed page numbers, dated entry fields. Built as an evidentiary record.
• Ownership spread: Seven-field ownership and confidentiality registration on the inside front cover.
• Serial number and QR code: Each unit has a unique serial number linking it to the companion application.
